Ploy Talay

Service is average quality You are sitting on carpets... And it is not easy to have dinner in darkness... But it is close to fire show and you can enjoy nice views... I hope the kitchen is enough clean... The menu is like all other as knew beach restaurant... And the service is coming a bit late and sometimes not correct orderings...

We stayed on Koh Samet for two nights and had dinner here both nights, not for anything else, but for their fire dance performance. The waiters can speak some Chinese, so there is no pressure to order dishes. The price of the seafood dinner here is relatively expensive, prawns are 1600 baht per kilogram, 800 baht per catty, and the other dishes are the normal prices of island scenic spots, which is not too expensive. And there are many Chinese customers in their restaurant. I guess the dishes are improved for Chinese tastes, because they taste quite appetizing to us. The five of us did not order a seafood dinner, and the meal cost 1400 baht. The key is that the 1400 baht is earned back just by watching the fire dance performance. I don’t understand what those who say that the price here is a bit expensive think. You spend less than 300 baht per person to watch a wonderful fire dance performance, and you are given a free dinner after the show. What else is there to be dissatisfied with? ? ?

Ploy Talay Restaurant is a very good Thai seafood restaurant at the Koh Samui night market. This restaurant is quite good in both day and night.
