There are many vegetarian restaurants in Kota Kinabalu, the capital of Sabah. Beyondveggie vegetarian secret restaurant is located in Suria and Imago, two large shopping malls in Kota Kinabalu. It is an authentic vegetarian restaurant. Malaysian cuisine is usually meat-heavy, but I chose to go vegetarian tonight and visited the newly opened Secret Recipe Beyond Veggie near my home. I had Pentai fried rice and a plate of stir-fried kidney beans and mushrooms. Very delicious!

Actually this is a vegetarian food restaurant for the people to like vegetarian dishes. The customers are mostly Buddhists. So the similar restaurant is not very common.

The food here is really delicious, but the price is expensive. There are many foreigners here. The drinks are very good. I hope the price can be reduced.
