The reason why we come to Haidilao is for the high-quality service and clean dishes. To be honest, although the soup base is not as special as some traditional hot pots, it is clean and does not recycle oil. The average consumption per person is about 100 yuan.

The service was very good. We went there with a pretty girl named Li Meng. She was very nice and enthusiastic. The service was very thoughtful. She even sent us food. We only didn't take it because we ordered too much and couldn't eat it. It's worth recommending.

It is normal to queue up at Haidilao. For example, my friend said that she queued for almost 4 hours last time she came to eat. Of course, you can do some hand-made, play chess, chat, eat popcorn, and apply mobile phone film. What I want to say is that you can call her home to make an appointment directly. Make an appointment one day in advance, and you don’t have to queue up at all. Under the persuasion of the waiter, we ordered two hot pots. If there are two people, this is more cost-effective. The other two are water. Haidilao mainly sells services. After ordering the hot pot, my friend and I took turns to do some hand care. After the treatment, our hands were indeed not so rough. Because I am a carnivorous alien, I basically ordered meat. You can order half and half portions of various dishes, so in the end it seems that there are 8 dishes. The dishes don’t look big, but the two girls are full. I like fish slices, cuttlefish slips and egg dumplings the most. The fish slices are more tender and the egg dumplings have an eggy fragrance. The cuttlefish slips are beautiful in shape, and they are chewy. The waiter kept going around the table to add water and soup. Of course, fried hair bands and plastic bags for mobile phones are also necessary. The crispy corners and popcorn brought in from outside were also quite delicious. When we finished eating and left, the seat was full of people waiting in line for their number to be called.

I came again, called in advance, the waiter was confused for a long time and didn't say if there was a seat, just called over. I don't understand when Haidilao's service became like this. I arrived at five o'clock, but the waiter didn't let me in. I gave the number and must wait for my friend to arrive. In fact, I was also very hungry and planned to eat first. I could only sit outside and drink water and eat snacks. How can I enjoy hot pot with a full stomach? I don't know why Haidilao is getting worse and worse. At more than half past five, the waiter didn't seat me. I urged him several times before he seated me. People were full of snacks, so why did I come to your house to spend 400 yuan to eat hot pot. I ordered a four-piece hot pot, and the dishes were all half portions. This is the only good thing about Haidilao now. The food is very expensive, but the service is uncomfortable and not worth it. The freshness of the dishes is another major feature, but there is one dish that is not good. The patinated tofu is not patinated tofu, but ordinary Shiping tofu, because I went to the bathroom and my friend had finished the tofu when I came back. Otherwise, I would return it. I don't want things that are just in name. The meal cost three of us nearly 400 yuan, which was okay.

It's close to home, and I often go to Tongde Kunming Square. I like the way Haidilao looks. The only thing that's not ideal is that it's overcrowded. Queuing is a big problem, but there's nothing I can do. Who wants his business to be so good and I'm a foodie with relatively high requirements? I'm narcissistic. I can only wait and wait. My favorite is the fresh tripe, tender beef, goose intestines, and fat beef rolls. They are all very good. I'm so happy. The dishes are very fresh. The soup base is a little expensive, but overall it's still very enjoyable to eat. The environment is also one of the reasons why I like it. It's transparent and bright, the air is very good, and it doesn't look stuffy when there are too many people. The service is also very considerate and enthusiastic. They won't be busy or unhappy because of the large number of people. Therefore, this has always been our first place to come.

I've tried many different ways to eat hotpot, but I still think that no Haidilao has ever disappointed me. And it's really rare to come across a hotpot that won't give you diarrhea after eating it. Today I recommend a pea noodle dish that's really delicious. p.s. It's really important to be able to eat it all at once. You want to eat duck intestines, but I don't know how to eat it, so you don't order it. You want to eat chrysanthemum, but when the dish is served, you find that it's replaced with pakchoy.
