Restaurante onda

With reading low reviews we were not expecting anything special . We dinned in this restaurant a few years ago and our remembrance was good. On this visit the food was OK and service at first was very good. This all went down hill when receiving the bill so many mistakes . It was not corrected correctly. So we worked out what it should of been and left the correct payment. This also included fork discount. I recommend you check your bill before making payment. Not a great experience so will not re visit.

There was no discount on the menu and I even paid more than what was on the menu.

Absolutely horrible experience, I would not eat there again for freeThe guy serving food was likely drunk. The guy taking the order lied and said the discount is 30%, not 50% like it said in the app. The food served was of poor quality, and one meal given to the wrong table. The desert was brought instantly which meant it was straight from the fridge. The tap water was billed at 3E. the starters were billed even though we refused them. The food was charged at surplus prices (50 cents-1E to what the menu showed). The bill was brought without the discount, then when reminded discounted at 25% instead of 30. Not even an apology or complimentary drink for the experience.Avoid if you read this at all costs, even if its the last restaurant open in Algarve.

A good dish and excellent meal.Sorry that at the time of the addition the 50% indicated on the fork was not applied. After discussion we did not get 30%.Lack of serious in compliance with the commitments.We will no longer go back there.

Very nicely located restaurant. The service is a bit slim, but very nice and premature for it. Eating (fish) very good.
