What a wonderful gustative experience !We took the « epicure » menu and the chef agreed to include the « foie gras raviole », simply the best raviole ever. From starters to desert, just amazing. Some kind of haute couture cuisine from Auguste Escoffier.Great wines (very nice sommelier). The service is perfect. The room is very nice, lots of space between tables,.Hats off, I highly recommend.

We expect more from a 2* Michelin. Many items missed a clear taste and especially the traditional foie gras, with different shaped pieces, did have all over the same taste! The service is very professional, nevertheless no warm attitude is to detect. The Sommelier did not take time to explain the different possibilities, especially after we told him, to prefer half a bottle. All in all an experience, we do not like to repeat. We just had another 2* Michelin experience in Germany and where absolutely pleased. In general, we do eat 2-3 times a year in this restaurant category.
The restaurant has earned its two stars. I was already in several star restaurants, but the Cheval Blanc has put all in the shadow: creative and varied, all the menu's dishes were excellent, the service excellent and sympathetic.
A delicious meal in a beautiful quiet environmentPersonal very welcome, friendly and empathic I strongly recommend this table
The hotel is a very good place to enjoy the family and the family.
