Situated in the lower level of a large Princely mansion, the coveted  16 tufted high chairs aroundThe U shaped bar are the setting for the GASTRONOMIC SYMPHONY. Each diner is a member of the audience. The chef conducts his staff, providing the most glorious presentations and delectable offerings. The maestro discusses the presentations . At the same time the sous chefs are putting the finishing touches on the dishes. The offerings are presented and plated in front of the guest, while watching the various presentations around the bar. The atmosphere is open yet intimate. Each reservation is separate while being part of the total experience. The food! It&#39;s a &quot; symphony&quot;Of textures and tastes. The melding of a spice to an herb to a protein. Truly an experience. An OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE.Now, one drawback. The building is historic. As a result there is no elevator. If you are handicapped, not able to walk, then unfortunately you will not be able to experience TWO MONKEYS.

Tapisco Lisboa, my favourite restaurants inLisbon, Portugal 🇵🇹 What did we have for dinner? 🤪🍽️&bull; Sala de corte: we had 2 beef loins cooked medium rare: one of the best steaks I have ever eaten 🥩- you can also select your cut of meat from the Fridge&bull; Tapisco: Squid ink Paella, perfectly cooked and packed with flavour 🍤- the tuna tartare with avocado and wasabi was a beautiful combination* BAHR and terrace: Beef aged Tartare to start. Compared to Spain, the noisy dining environment and super enthusiastic service staff here make people feel more comfortable and at ease.
I ordered three kinds of shrimp: red shrimp, Mozambique tiger shrimp, and lobster. Tiger shrimp is still the best. It was the first time in my life to eat barnacles. I was a little scared at first, but I put it in my mouth and sucked it. It was very delicious.

Finally, we booked a reservation at Restaurante 100 Maneiras, the most popular restaurant in Lisbon. The 10-course tasting menu was enough to satisfy even a pregnant woman. We were the first customers at 7:30, as the locals only eat dinner at 8-9 o&#39;clock. For the first hour, everyone took care of us, as if they had reserved the place for themselves. After 2 hours, we left the restaurant, which was already full. It is said that the evening session from 11 to 2 o&#39;clock is also very lively.

Great service, beautiful room. Perfect tenderloin and sea bass (and linguini) visit it before it closes (or moves location)

Food was amazing as well as the staff. Location is fabulous, in the center of the beautiful Lisbon! Highly recommended!!
