I ordered the lemon flavor. The hot pot ingredients were cooked right in front of me by the waiter, so I felt safe eating them. I ordered a silver carp and two pounds of yellow croaker. They were killed right on the spot and looked very fresh. The taste was very good. The vegetarian dishes were very large in portion. I couldn't finish all 4 of them. The tofu was especially delicious.
