It is worthy of being a high-end Cantonese restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel.

The waiters are also very professional. Providing service moderately, not very annoying

Zi Yi Xuan specializes in traditional Cantonese cuisine. It is located in the lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel. Unlike Sichuan cuisine, which only pursues spicy flavor, Cantonese cuisine is just right and uses simple ingredients, focusing on the taste of the food itself. I like this restaurant very much.

The food tastes very good, especially the spicy mapo tofu with whole lobster and the fried shrimp balls. The crab meat and vegetable soup, stewed milk and snacks are all delicious. The portions are large and the service is very good, but the price is not cheap. A plate of soy sauce fried rice costs 280 Macau dollars, but it is worth it.
Although it is a Michelin restaurant, there is still a clear gap from the service to the flavor and taste of the Yue Long Xuan in Studio City yesterday (the level is only equivalent to other Chinese restaurants in five-star hotels). It is probably because of this that from 2009 to now, eight years have passed with the background of the Four Seasons Hotel, but it is still one star. Therefore, Yue Long needs to be booked two days in advance, and there are always seats available.
As expected of a Michelin restaurant, the average consumption per person was less than 400 yuan. We had 2 dinners, but unfortunately we didn't have time to have lunch here. I guess the snacks must be better. The crispy chicken was the best, the Chinese lettuce fried with garlic, the lotus leaf rice and wonton noodles cost less than 800 yuan. The food on the second day was not as good as the first day. The dishes were not ordered well and were not suitable for us, so we had to think carefully before ordering. The first two photos were a dish called fried rice noodles with shrimp paste, the first one was rice noodle cakes, and the second one was pickled vegetables. The third and fourth were quite delicious!
