Excellent ambience, beautiful old building, great attentive service and an amazing choice from the menu. Possibly one of the nicest restaurant meals I&#39;ve ever had!

Very interesting selections . We loved the slow cooked suckling pig!!  Friendly staff and beautiful old Madrid traditional restaurant.

Excellent tasty food with great presentation!  All dishes came out better than we had expected - even the free small cookies at the end of the dinner was better than the ones we just bought from a well-known bakery. Price was also very fair for the quality of the food.  Overall, we couldn&#39;t be any happier.  Too bad that we found out about this restaurant on our last day at Madrid.

The best trad restaurant close to Placa Major, maybe some of the best ones in Madrid. Visited in Sept2024. Recommended by Norwegian foodies!

The food was incredible, the servers were friendly and helpful, gave great recommendations and explained everything. And we loved the classic charm, you really know that you are in a historic space full of old world style and charm.

I would definitely come back if I have time. The waiters were friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming. My partner had the grilled shrimp and mango which he was pleasantly surprised by, I had the aged beef which was excellent in texture and flavour. We found this place on trip advisor and in the Madrid top 10 guide and it did not disappoint, the decor is very different.

Great experience. We ordered a sushi platter in passing and the waiter forgot and when we reminded he was so apologetic and paid for our second round of wine. Very very sweet and amazing ambiance

Everything was perfect. The quality and excellent taste of the food left us in heaven with each plate we tried. We have no doubt, a magnificent experience every time we visit this place thanks to the professionalism of the staff.

A sentence on the restaurant window makes the restaurant quite good value for money: it is the world&#39;s oldest restaurant opened in 1725 and has been open until now, with the old stove used for roast suckling pigs starting in the 18th century. Hemingway&#39;s signature is written on the restaurant window. ​

I will definitely come again if I have time. The waiters are friendly, very polite, very helpful and hospitable. My partner ordered grilled shrimp and mangoes, which made him very pleasant. I ordered cooked beef, which tasted great and tasted great. We found this shop in Travel Advisor and Madrid&#39;s top 10 travel guides, without disappointing, and decorated very differently.

Two people with good girlfriends, come to the western restaurant party in Grama Lounge, the feeling here is really very exciting, special drinks, it can be called very online, and the wine and dishes are my favorite types.

We ordered spicy dishes and they do not disappoint. We recommend you to order curries chicken with bones rather than in cubes or boneless.  You will appreciate better the authenticity and the best from the dishes.
