Meridale Cider Manor (Merridale Cidery) is the only cider factory on Vancouver Island. In addition to the basic cider, the &quot;Cowichan Spirit&quot; series produced by Meridale also has gin, vodka, apple brandy, dried brandy... The 43-degree gin entrance is not spicy at all, especially smooth, and with a distinctive fruity fragrance. The sommelier looks like Joseph, with a super rich expression and a good atmosphere.
