Meridale Cider Manor (Merridale Cidery) is the only cider factory on Vancouver Island. The cider is a good pre-dinner wine, refreshing and sweet, and it promotes appetite. Several ciders in Meridale taste different, and the food used to serve wine - snacks, cheese and ham. In addition to the basic cider, the &quot;Cowichan Spirit&quot; series produced by Meridale also has gin, vodka, apple brandy, dried brandy... The 43-degree gin entrance is not spicy at all, especially smooth, and with a distinctive fruity fragrance. The sommelier looks like Joseph, with a super rich expression and a good atmosphere. These wines have undergone multiple cultivation, faded from the original shape of the fruit and turned into the mellow fragrance that is now in the mouth and nose.
