Beautiful location, characteristic restaurant room with stone walls. Traditional cuisine revisited in technique, excellent raw materials used and for those who love pizza this is the right place: cooked in a wood oven and with an enveloping taste. Original revisitation of desserts. Good wine proposals. Commendable hospitality and welcome, which make you feel special. Despite the size of the room and the number of tables, no annoying background music.

Hello good morning last night I was at the old mill a very beautiful and quiet place a cool evening, without heat and humidity, I took 2 nice pizzas excellent and tasty plus the dough of 3 types of flour exceptional I recommend the place to try.

I had dinner with friends and we immediately appreciated the mise en place, fresh fish cooked with imagination but respecting tradition. Excellent cellar. Competent, kind, present but not intrusive staff. Medium-high price range but consistent with the courses.

Great experience... everything was delicious... from the appetizer of red shrimp carpaccio with truffle, burrata and pea cream, to the carob spaghetti with bottarga and lemon zest, from the cod cooked in oil to the tuna with vegetables and fruit... the desserts were also excellent... impeccable service... I absolutely recommend it
