Bye Bye Blues

This restaurant is located in Mondello, a small seafood village near Palermo. To be honest, there are not many female chefs of Milan/international level. Patrizia di Benedetto, the female chef of blue blue blues, is one of them. The restaurant is on a small road not far from the beach. The layout is simple. I especially like the large photos of local people's lives on the wall. I chose a degustazione set meal, plus two à la carte dishes. The appetizers and pasta are quite good. One fish main course is very good, and the other is a little inferior. The dessert is above average. The overall dining experience is good and worth recommending. In terms of price, a meal for two people is 60 euros per person without drinks, which is enough to fill you up, and the amount is just right for summer.
