Der Suuremocke war eher ein Brasato und schwamm in der Sauce (eine Sauci&egrave;re w&auml;re angebracht); Pr&auml;sentation liess zu w&uuml;nschen &uuml;brig. Jedoch Qualit&auml;t des Fleisches und der anderen Gerichte sehr gut. Die Berner Platte fiel etwas sp&auml;rlich aus, aber auch hier qualitativ gut.Espresso war entt&auml;uschend.

The big moquet was rather a brasato and swim in the sauce (a sauci&egrave;re would be placed); presentation left to wish. However, the quality of the meat and the other meals was very good. The Berner plate fell a little bit out, but also qualitatively good here. Espresso was disappointing.
