The rose wine recommendation was spot on and we even purchased a bottle to take home. Food was delicious with an unusual spin- we both had the daily chef specials -definitely a memorable meal!

Traditional street side Bistro in Nice. Food was lovely though service felt rushed and was expecting to have a little more explanation through the menu as had been suggested was done in other reviews.May have just been an off night

Such a wonderful restaurant with great food and great service.  I mentioned that it was my friend&rsquo;s birthday and they brought us champagne!

We had a lovely meal and Gianluca was an excellent host. The panisse and gnocchi daube were very, very good. His wine recommendation was also good

The French are very particular about eating quickly. In such a small shop, the presentation of the dishes is very particular. The lamb leg is delicious, and when the desserts come, four kinds of desserts are lined up in a row, which looks very impressive.

Passing by at night, looking at the environment at the door is good, just drinking a small wine, ordering some chips, a little salad, the whiskey inside tastes good, there is a little column to drink, but it is very powerful, a little dizzy.

This restaurant has an English menu. The duck breast is well cooked and the main sauce tastes good. The rice is a little raw, but it will be more tender if eaten this way. The waiters in the restaurant speak good English too.

Lovely food and overall experience at Casa Elli. Classic dishes with native Italian speakers - you really can&#39;t go wrong. Originally looking to order the lasagna, I was informed it was unavailable, but the spinach-stuffed Cannelloni absolutely did the trick. While there was no mention of the pistachio/coconut gelato that other reviewers lauded, both the tiramisu and chocolate lava cake were knockouts.

Everything was perfect from our arrival. Welcoming, polite staff, order taken shortly afterwards, excellent food quality - a truly enjoyable experience.  The menu choice is broad and appetizing.  The chicken with peppers was delicious - tender chicken served in a very hot bowl that kept the meal hot throughout. The polite waiter engaged in conversation without being intrusive. Family friendly restaurant, lovely ambience, gorgeous cuisine.

We were shocked by the service and the food here. We had a mushroom and egg appetizer, and a great entree, and the special hibiscus cocktail was great.
