Michelin's routine is still very shocking. I booked lunch online - there is no way because lunch is cheap. You need to use a credit card to guarantee it, but no money will be deducted. It is said that after receiving the confirmation letter from the restaurant, you need to reply to the email. I didn't reply and it was almost cancelled. Fortunately, I went to the restaurant to ask in person one day in advance, and then I got it back. The waiters are very enthusiastic, but they don't speak Chinese, so their English is not good, which will reduce the experience, because the waiters will come to the table to introduce the inspiration, ingredients and cooking methods of each dish. But don't expect them to talk about it in a fancy way. It feels like they have memorized the menu in advance, and their on-the-spot reaction is still a bit lacking. I won't say much about the dishes. Other foodies are better than me. I only ordered red wine for wine, which is super good.

I planned my trip to Oslo specifically because of this restaurant. Later, I did some research and found that the city was rated as one of the "Top 10 Best Cities to Travel in 2018" by Lonely Planet. Of course, this is all a story for later. The world's northernmost Michelin three-star restaurant, one of the only two Michelin three-star restaurants in Northern Europe, and also one of the magazine's Top 100 restaurants - "Maaemo" means "Mother Earth" in ancient Norse. In this restaurant, what you can experience most is the Nordic people's natural, primitive and sacred food concept - presenting nature as it is. All ingredients are sourced locally, with the goal of letting gourmets taste the most natural, pure and healthy flavors from Northern Europe.

Maaemo, a restaurant in Oslo that operates Nordic Norwegian cuisine, has a lot of food from the Norwegian sea and land, the ingredients are very fresh, and for me, the taste is very strange, it is usually less contactable. The dishes are beautiful and delicious, but I can't say whether they are delicious or not. It's a drink of theirs, wine and juice, which I like very much.

Many people will come to this restaurant to eat, abnormally hot when we go. We have five people in total, ordered eight dishes, and the food is very good. Everyone was conquered by the color of this restaurant.
