Mammoth Hot Springs Dining Room

Mammoth Hotel has a long history and is located halfway up the mountain. It is the only hotel open in Yellowstone Park in winter. It is surrounded by mountains and has a beautiful environment. You can watch the sun rise in the mountains and disappear in the valley. The beautiful scenery is refreshing! It is easy to see deer, marmots, squirrels and many other animals near the hotel, living in harmony with humans. Many people may not know that the original entrance to Yellowstone Park is next to the Gardiner. It is a majestic and ancient stone gate with "For The Benefit and Enjoyment of the People" engraved on it. It clearly states the significance of the establishment of the national park for the welfare and enjoyment of the public, and is very commemorative.
