The Thai-Chinese History Museum was originally an ancient Chinese school (a school run by Chinese) in Phuket Town. It was renamed the Thai-Chinese Museum in 2010. The Chinese in Phuket in modern times paid more attention to the education of Chinese, and the Chinese schools here are also well developed. The level of Chinese education here is relatively high in Thailand. A large number of historical materials are collected in the museum, showing the cultural customs and daily life of the Chinese and overseas Chinese living in Phuket. There is also a Phuket Chinese Teaching Center in the museum to spread cultural education for the Chinese on the island. In addition, there are Chinese-speaking staff in the museum.
