Restaurant Ah Kaw

After dinner at an open-air food court in Malaysia, I accidentally discovered this small restaurant. After seeing the introduction in a newspaper clipping, I went in to pack up the famous Sanlou fried rice noodles in the store, plus a portion of Mami pork ribs. Because the restaurant was full, we had to wait at least 30 minutes. We walked around the area first. Unexpectedly, when we went back to get the food, we saw that the wires of a shop not far from the restaurant caught fire. The situation was very dangerous at the time. The wires were burning. My husband immediately notified the staff in the restaurant and asked them to evacuate the guests immediately. Before everyone could come to their senses, the power was cut off. The whole row of shophouses fell into darkness. Customers ran out one after another, and some drove away immediately. The waiter of a nearby restaurant took a fire extinguisher to put out the fire, which prevented a fire. Without power, businesses cannot continue to operate. [Crying] Fortunately, our food had been packed. Several brave customers in the restaurant asked the waiter for candles and continued to eat. [Panic] Fortunately, the fire source was discovered and extinguished early, otherwise the consequences would be disastrous. It was such an unforgettable experience, and I still feel scared when I think about it.
