When I first arrived in Saga, the discomfort caused by high altitude was like a shadow. The headache was cracking, and every breath was like a heavy sigh, and the footsteps were vain, as if stepping on the clouds. The air is thin, the sun is hot but it is difficult to dispel the cold, the dry climate makes the lips dry and peel, and every inch of the skin is hungry for water. But I know that adaptation is a must-have for this trip. I tried to slow down and to resonate my heartbeat and breathing with the rhythm of the plateau. Slowly, I began to get used to everything here, walking freely in the thin air and enjoying the unique scenery of Saga in the strong sunlight. After adapting to the high altitude of Saga, on the third day, I embarked on a journey to Gang Rinpozi. The early morning Saga woke up under the caress of the daylight, and I set out from here with anticipation and excitement. As the car slowly moved forward, the outline of Gang Rinpoche became clear in the distant sky, and when it really appeared in front of me, the magnificent sight took my breath away. This mountain, regarded by countless believers as a mountain of gods, is covered by snow all year round, shining in the sun, as if it is a sacred passage connecting heaven and earth, majestic and solemn, making people from the bottom of their hearts endless awe. At noon, in the restaurant near Gang Rinpoche, I tasted the local specialties. The mutton is fresh and juicy, without a trace of savoury, and the entrance can feel the boldness and enthusiasm of the grassland; Tibetan butter tea is rich and mellow, drinking a sip, warmth spreads all over the body in an instant, dispelling the silky chill of the plateau, and giving my tired body a moment of comfort. In the afternoon, I arrived at Mapanyu. The holy lake is reflected in the blue sky and white clouds, the lake is crystal clear, sparkling, quiet and beautiful. The snow-capped mountains in the distance reflect the lake, and the blue sky and white clouds constitute a beautiful picture. By the lake, the colorful scriptures flutter with the wind, making a rustling sound, as if telling ancient stories and beautiful wishes. I walked along the lake, feeling the gentle lake breeze, and the thoughts in my heart were gradually washed away, leaving only the peace and peace of my heart. As night fell, I stayed in Tachin. The night here was extra quiet, looking up, the starry sky was close at hand, as if reaching for the twinkling stars. Lying on the bed of the inn, thinking back to the experience of this day, from watching the mountains and mountains of Rinpoche from afar, to tasting local food, to being intoxicated with the beauty of Ma Bang's mistake, every scene is deeply engraved in my mind.
