It was the last night of our holiday in Reims, after a week spent here with our 2 grown up kids. We were very pleased with our experience at Au Cul de Poule - both the food and wine, service and general experience was really really nice.

Very grateful to find a restaurant open on a Monday night in Reims! Sat outside on a congenial terrace beneath trees full of starlings- very atmospheric. A busy place with a convivial atmosphere and swift efficient service . Menu short but delicious flavours . Massive wine list.

Starter (shared- large portions) excellent. Sweetbreads delicious but &ldquo;house&rdquo; steak tartare rather bland. Service pleasant and friendly but a little slow for main course (but they were very busy!)Overall would definitely a visit!

Nice starters and a wide choice of Tartar. Wish there would be some more description in the Champagne card, because they have a big selection, which is great.

The quality of the cuisine: products and presentation; the quality/price ratio; the kindness of the waitress and the know-how of the cook.

We enjoyed the healthy food here at the end of a long drive, and appreciated our host&#39;s friendliness. The menu is extensive for bagels and salads though the number of hot food options was more limited. Our children liked their croque monsieur bagels and smoothies. In terms of atmosphere it was a little quiet at 7pm but that was fine for us. We had trouble parking - Google took us down a bollarded street. Should have parked at Carrefour, right opposite Marcel&#39;s. Excellent cookie to finish with!
