To be honest, I was disappointed with this Yanbang dish. The stir-fried pork with pepper should be called stir-fried pork with pepper. You need glasses to find the meat. The dry fragrant chicken, if you don't tell you it's chicken, you definitely can't taste the chicken flavor, and the chicken is wrapped in thick starch. The only acceptable thing is the iron plate potato slices, there is no meat, only a lot of lard residue.
