We had lunch on our first day in Turkey at the cave restaurant Uranos &amp; Sarikaya. It was very unique and there was a guy playing the piano in the center of the circular restaurant, probably a Turkish style. I didn&rsquo;t see any small tables, so it was obvious that they only catered to tour groups and not many individual customers.

Dining in the cave was full of novelty. The famous Turkish clay pot meal gave us a more familiar Chinese taste. Except that it was not so juicy, the taste of this clay pot meal was similar to that of Chinese rice with toppings. I believe that friends who are not used to eating exotic food can eat two more bowls here. A bowl of Turkish thick soup always makes me gain three pounds, but it is really delicious when dipped in bread.
