[Taste] Smoked beer is a specialty of Bamberg and the restaurant&#39;s signature. Everyone who comes here has to drink a glass. It does have the smoky flavor of bacon and ham, and is more bitter than regular beer. Roasted pork elbows are also a signature. Maybe it&#39;s too popular, so they should be prepared in advance.
