This is my favorite restaurant, none of which mentions Barcelona's restaurant, this one in the world's 50 best restaurants ranked 9th, has to mention, the restaurant's three chefs are also related to Ferran Adria, are former El Bulli restaurant creative director. At this restaurant, they continue Ferran's creative spirit. They bring the history and culture of Mediterranean cuisine to a full extent through molecular cuisine.

Unlike many centuries-old Barcelona stores, Disfrutar is a new restaurant opened in 2014. The name of the restaurant means “enjoy” in Spanish. The three chefs in the restaurant are from the famous elBulli “Bulldog Restaurant” in Ferran Adrian. And on the first anniversary of the opening, they welcomed their first Michelin star. The industry was highly rated and praised by many famous chefs as “one star price, two star standard” and was specially named at the 2016 World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards. The chefs of the restaurant are pioneers in the industry, paying great attention to the personalization and innovation of the dishes, and strive to make diners achieve a "interesting" dining experience. Many dishes need diners to participate in the final presentation of the dishes together, so as to bring many diners a very unforgettable memory.

I really like the decoration style of this restaurant. The environment is very elegant. The Western food I ate here was pretty good. The corn kernels, foie gras and caviar biscuits tasted especially good.

The tiramisu in this restaurant tastes very good, very impressive, with a lingering fragrance and a light coffee flavor, especially delicious! The service is very good!
