The food was great, the staff was friendly and the service was excellent. In addition, the restaurant is very modern designed, well located and had comfortable seating. What else can you ask for?

A very gracious meal! Great food, attentive, professional service, and a beautiful dining room make for the -best- meal we&rsquo;ve enjoyed in pretty much all of France. We&rsquo;d heard a lot about the Entre C&ocirc;te in France, but until now, every one we&rsquo;ve tried has been a disappointment. Not so the one at Bord&rsquo;eau! Tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked to order. The accompaniments were every bit as delicious and very clever as well. And the foie gras starter was absolutely incredible.While the madness of Christmas markets and wall-to-wall tourists outside raged, the calm comfort of a fine dining experience at Bord&rsquo;eau was a welcome time to recharge and enjoy ourselves. Definitely a memorable experience to savor!

Very tasty food with the little extra, appetisers, bread and chocolate! French with at hint of asian touch was very good, the chicken marvellous. Very attentive waiters. Slightly more attentive to french speaking guests, but you know, we were in no hurry.

Lovely restaurant with lovey staff and outstanding food! It&rsquo;s like art on a plate! A must when in Colmar. Second visit and did not disappoint 😊

Good food, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. We had a pleasant time at Brenner Stube. We paid 50 euros each, but we had two entr&eacute;es, two main courses (which were huge) and desserts.

In the evening, I punched in the venue used for the variety show shooting in the Chinese restaurant. It is a traditional French dish. You can make an appointment but also accept the waiting position. It is facing the square fountain. The atmosphere is really great. There are also seats on the second floor. In summer, because the room is too hot, they usually only receive guests in the seats outside. Be sure to go inside to see it, because the photo of the star is hung, and the interior decoration on the second floor even includes the bathroom. The front dish was ordered casseloro, the salad was served with a half-cooked egg, and there were white sauces and beans inside. It was a very special dish and it tasted refreshing. 🐟 We ordered fried salmon and still served sauerkraut. I feel that sauerkraut here does not need money, right? 😂 The fish is tender, the fish skin is crispy, there is no fishy smell at all, and the taste is good. 🥘 Another main dish is glutinous rice risotto rice. The glutinous rice qq is chewy and delicious with sauce. 🍮 The last dessert is brulee and rum baba, the caramel of brulee&#39;s skin has become a very thin, crisp surface, the texture inside is creme semi-fluid, completely no solid taste is simply too delicious. This rum baba wine is a bit too kind, the waiter brought it up and poured it... The food is generally average, and it is okay to punch in. You don&#39;t need to look forward to it. This small restaurant was certainly attractive as it distinguishes itself from other restaurants that serve Western food around it. The quality of food, however, was not as good as it should be since it lacked the details Japanese food should have. The rice (hot) was not the quality Japanese food usually served since it was rather dried and not using Sushi rice. The sashimi lacked details and the presentation was not as attractive as it should be. To be honest, the food was slightly disappointing as compared to those I used to have at my home town. Staff (female). was not very welcoming and denied my entrance without checking my online booking. It was only upon a second request for repeated checking of my booking that we were admitted. I felt lucky that I had made an advance booking online. Otherwise, I would have to wander around the streets looking for somewhere to eat. The seats were closely arranged and the table was so small that we couldn&rsquo;t find space to put the soya sauce!, We finished our dinner in less than 40 minutes. I would only recommend this restaurant to those who haven&rsquo;t tried Japanese food before and those who are really so homesick and desperate for Eastern food.
