It is said that this Japanese restaurant is personally seated by a Japanese master in his 60s. The daily menu is handwritten by the master and there is no fixed menu. The master will create according to the ingredients of the day, and the dishes are authentic and delicious. The master made seven dishes, with seven different flavors of Japanese wine. The first one, Jitu pure rice oyster brewed with tofu flavor, fig oyster, and ginger. The second one, Kaiyun special pure rice with sashimi. 💫Although the New Year&#39;s Eve at the end of 2019 has not been long, now I think about it, the impressive Western food I had in Japan has become a delicacy I haven&#39;t seen for a long time. I don&#39;t know how long it will take for me to go to Japan or Spain next time.
Came to Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, and stayed at BELLA VISTA. The hotel has Japanese and Western restaurants for dinner. Since I stayed for two nights, I could try them all. I went to the main restaurant Erretegia on the first night.

✨It takes about five minutes to walk from the main building of the hotel to the restaurant. During the day, you can see the scenery of mountains and seas all the way. After the temperature drops at night, this section of the road is relatively cold. The hotel has thoughtfully prepared long cotton robes at the entrance and exit to keep everyone warm.

🍽I was shocked when I entered the restaurant. I have never seen such a scene: the environment is more like a kitchen than a restaurant. The cooking table is used as a dining table. The layout feels very casual. There are big pots, firewood, and charcoal everywhere. Diners are like occasional back kitchens. They need to tidy up a little space before they can sit down. Chefs and waiters are busy shuttling around the venue, and some cooking is done near the diners.
🍹Of course, this busy atmosphere is specially created, and everyone can observe how the ingredients gradually become dishes, and the view is more flexible than that of an open kitchen.

🍴Dinner is available in set menus (15,000 yen) and a la carte, with the theme of &quot;fire cooking&quot;. If you choose a set menu, it includes appetizers, salads, bread, desserts, and staple foods such as pork, beef, and venison. The chef is from the Basque region of Spain, and the ingredients are mainly rich specialties from Hiroshima Prefecture and the Seto Inland Sea. The fish balls and smoked butter in the coffee cup are quite creative, and it is a special experience.

🥄In fact, the restaurant has two areas with completely different styles. The other is a terrace with a view of the sea. The view is better during the day, and it is safer if you bring your baby.
