Bianshi generally refers to wontons from Fujian and other places. Wontons are usually called wontons in the north and most areas of southern Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Different regions in the south have different names, such as chao shou in Sichuan, bao mian in Hubei, baofu in southern Anhui, and bianshi in Fujian and central Jiangsu. The thin-skinned beef dumplings and clear soup are exactly the same as the clear soup in our hometown of Ji'an, Jiangxi. So I ate two bowls alone. It is worth recommending!

That little bit of lard fragrance reminded me of my grandmother holding my hand to go to Shen Dacheng when I was a child, and the wooden stairs creaked. It was so intimate!

Last time I came, the food was very bad, so I went to eat the delicious flatbread. I came again today, but the delicious flatbread was not available, so I had to find a place to try. This time the food was much better, and I paid after I finished eating, which is the way I am used to eating. I ordered flatbreads, big bones with scallions, and minced pork leg. The flatbreads were also the same taste as before, and the price was 70 yuan the same as last time (I paid 40 yuan for a bowl. I can't go back). I also bought a box of raw flatbreads for supper when I went back.
