It was a set menu with 2 price options (24,000 or 30,000 yen + drinks). We were deeply fascinated by the chef&rsquo;s skills. He perfectly showed sashimi and sushi slices and explained whether to add salt or soy etc. I generally don&rsquo;t like sea urchins, but I love them now. There are great sake options. The restaurant is in great demand and it is recommended to book in advance. We booked a bar seat at 8:30 pm on Saturday (with 2 seats), up to 10-12 people.
