The steaming mutton soup was original, with mutton costing 200 yuan per kilogram, and the milky white soup was served with chopped chives provided by the mutton restaurant. I drank two bowls of soup first to feel warm and comfortable. The mutton, mutton liver, and mutton intestines were cooked together, and the mutton blood and vegetables were added later. The mutton blood had been boiled in water in advance, and the semi-finished product was put into the soup pot and cooked.
