The signature dish of this restaurant is hand-made soba noodles, and the most common order is the soba set meal.
I usually feel that I can&#39;t eat enough soba noodles. The soba noodles here are very chewy, and the dipping sauce is delicious but not salty. You can add mustard to change the taste halfway through the meal, and the pickled side dishes are not salty. The set meal comes with three rice balls of different flavors.
