The chef of this restaurant is a descendant of a North Indian royal chef. He is very famous in the Indian chef community and has received a medal from the President of India. His dishes are really good, up to Michelin standard and very exquisite.

Restaurant service is very good. I ordered Indian pancakes, which tasted good and had different tastes. The restaurant is very clean. The dishes were very delicate, probably French cuisine, all single-person portions. The prices were expensive in New Delhi, more than 300 per person. When I saw someone at another table was celebrating a birthday, the hotel gave them a big chocolate cake.

A roof top restaurant of ITC Maurya with great views having option of both indoor and outdoor dining. The restaurant offers some of the best brunch during weekends. The food is delicious and staff very helpful and courteous. We had also tried their pizza and pasta which was delicious and reasonably priced. Excellent place for dining.

The decoration and dishes are very exquisite, and there are many varieties, which completely subverted my concept of traditional Vietnamese food. We ordered quite a lot of dishes, among which sticky rice and rice crepes are my favorites, with well-seasoned shrimp meat, the meat is very fresh. Overall, it is worth the price.
