The must-eats are fried bark, fried whitebait with eggs, and Mosuo bacon (also known as pork fat). Pork fat is made from pork marinated over the years (it really tastes better the longer it is marinated). It looks greasy, but it is really very fragrant when you put it in your mouth. Because the day before, I was looking for a bonfire party and passed by this restaurant. The old lady in the restaurant was very enthusiastic to show us the way and asked me to have dinner. I said quickly that I had eaten and would come tomorrow. Then, I came to eat the next day. The price was still reasonable. Five people ate together and paid with Dianping. It cost less than 40 yuan per person. But to be honest, the cured pork ribs were really not authentic, and I don’t recommend ordering them. The cold cucumber salad was delicious, so we ordered two plates.

I feel that Yunnan is really strange. Basically, there is no menu in the restaurant. The menu is written on the small blackboard outside the store. You have to write down the menu outside before ordering. ↓The restaurant is full of colorful prayer flags with Tibetan characters written on them. The one on the left is "Shui Xing Yang Hua", which tastes really good, very sweet and refreshing. The pot in the middle is a wild mushroom pot, which tastes great. The one on the right is bark fried eggs. Although it doesn't look good, it tastes very good. ↓The boss recommended Mosuo fried rice, a big plate, with ham, eggs, carrots and pickled cabbage, a little sour and spicy, and tastes great. I usually only eat one bowl of rice, but I ate two bowls, which shows how delicious it is.
