The Jamaican style grilled chicken at Bamboo Cafe was the best thing I had on the island. The chicken portion was huge and the spice level was just right for someone like me who likes spicy food but doesn&#39;t want it to be spicy. We also had a small salad and what they call cornbread (in a long baguette) which was pretty good. There was a choice of regular rice or chicken rice, I recommend the latter.
