State Bird Provisions

Among the many restaurants in San Francisco, State Bird Provision is definitely one of my favorites. They have two ways of ordering: menu and cart. Although the menu will change, some classic dishes will be retained or not changed much. The concept of cart should be taken from our Cantonese morning tea. During the meal, a waiter will push a small cart with a clear price on it. Diners can choose what they want and then record it on the menu. It is basically around 10 yuan, and occasionally it is more expensive, such as the fresh sea urchin introduced below. The portion of their food is not large, and it belongs to the type of ordering and eating more. I love this style of trying many different foods~ And this restaurant is very cost-effective! If you don’t order wine, you can eat a variety of dishes until your belly is full for about 50 per person each time. However, it is very difficult to make a reservation for this restaurant. Every time, you have to grab it one or two months in advance when the seats are just opened. You can also go directly, but the waiting time is generally 45 minutes to two hours.. Recommended snacks on various carts, beef tongue and various meats.

It can be said to be a very fresh restaurant. It is very clean and tidy, and everything is very clear. Even the toilet has a fresh fragrance. I believe you will have a very good dining time here.

This is an American-style western restaurant located on Fillmore Street in San Francisco. The environment is very good. I used to think that Americans cook casually and there are not many delicious dishes. I didn't expect that the feeling here is completely different. American western food can be so delicious, including steak, fried chicken and oyster soup. It's just that the price here is more expensive.

This shop is famous for its San Francisco old bread and clam cream soup, which is why we went there. We were not disappointed after tasting it. The old bread may taste a little strange and not everyone likes it, but the clam cream soup is really sweet and fresh, and it is worth recommending. This shop is only open during dinner, not at noon, so everyone should pay attention to the business hours and don't go there in vain.

You must remember to make reservations in advance for this restaurant, otherwise it will be difficult to get a seat. My friend in Boston said he made a reservation a week in advance. When I arrived at the scene and saw its popularity, I felt that it was not an exaggeration to make a reservation a week in advance. After the meal, I felt that the main reason for its high popularity was the fresh ingredients, exquisite plating and thoughtful service. The meal for two of us cost $120, which was not particularly expensive. It is still recommended.
