Katukanino Hanasaki

A: Seasonal Course (Seasonal Course) provides live seafood and crab performances from Hokkaido. The specific menu is based on the current season and is roughly divided into appetizers (mainly shellfish) and raw fish. Slices (shrimp, sea urchin, etc.), grilled items (shellfish), king crab sashimi, caviar rice, kombu tea, desserts, etc.; B: Hamaka set meal (Hamanaka コース) adds sea urchin to set A; C: Setana set meal (せたなコース) adds abalone to set A; D: VIP package (VIPコース) is based on package A and adds abalone and sea urchin; Each package is very good, you can try them one by one.

This Japanese restaurant is good. They serve exquisite snacks, which feel a bit like Kaiseki, but not particularly high-end. The tempura tastes pretty good and is not greasy at all. The steamed eggs are also delicious.
