The Dining Room at Park Hyatt Siem Reap located in Sivutha Boulevard, Siem Reap 17259, Cambodia as a tourist in Hyde Park, I was very lucky to have three meals in the restaurant. I am not very sure about the bad reviews here, because I personally think it is great. There are not many types of breakfast menu here, but all we ordered are very good. Ice latte is the best way to start the day. Lunch is also great. If you don&#39;t want to eat Khmer dishes that are available in the city, a la carte and salad are also great here. Dinner is always excellent, the wine list is great, and there are delicious cocktails. My kids were happy with the kids menu and the waiters were always near to meet any of our needs. I would come back here anytime, even though I stayed at another hotel. The experience here was very romantic, special, really beautiful

As a visitor to the Hyatt Park, I was lucky enough to eat at the restaurant for three meals. I am not sure about the negative reviews here because I personally think it is excellent. The breakfast menu is not very extensive, but everything we ordered was very good. The iced latte is the best way to start the day. Lunch is also very good. The a la carte dishes and salads are also very good if you don&#39;t want to eat the Khmer cuisine that is everywhere in the city. Dinner is always excellent, the wine list is great, and there are very good cocktails. My children are happy with the children&#39;s menu, and the wait staff are always close to meet any needs. Although I stayed at another hotel, I would return here any time. The experience is very romantic, special, and it is really beautiful

I found this restaurant by following the map, and it didn&#39;t disappoint me.
The shaved ice is smooth and melts in your mouth. The pancakes are crispy and soft, and paired with sour and sweet sauce, it&#39;s delicious and not greasy.
