高山associa酒店内的日式餐厅kaun，高山有名的就是飞弹牛，这家店是飞弹牛的指定店，就像去神户吃牛肉要有kobeniku的指定一样。     点了飞弹牛御席和冬日华云会席，另外又加了飞弹牛，飞弹牛很好吃。套餐内有日式小菜，刺身，寿司，汤品，锅物，烤物等等。

Compared with Marumei and Ajizo Tengoku, this Hida beef sushi located on the old street of Takayama is more accessible.

🌿It is basically unrealistic to buy sushi here without queuing, but since it is take-out, the queue time is not long. We went there during the Spring Festival. There were more than ten people in front of us, and it took about 10 minutes to get in line.
