BOURBON STEAK

A typical American-style western restaurant, very popular. Macaroni cheese balls, round cheese balls fried golden and crispy, wrapped with a lot of cheese. Quarter roasted chicken, fragrant roasted chicken is tender and juicy, with five flavors of sauce to choose from, and it is more flavorful after dipping in the sauce. Fried chicken cheese sandwich, crispy toast with thick cheese and fried chicken, especially satisfying to eat. Blueberry waffles, soft waffles are covered with blueberry jam, dotted with strawberries and a few cute little creams. It would be even better if it could be paired with vanilla ice cream.

My husband booked a window view seat for the evening three days in advance online. Bourbon Steak is a famous Western restaurant in Washington with a great view, so window seats are very popular. Only by booking in advance can you get a window seat during dining time. It is very comfortable to enjoy the night view, eat steak and drink champagne here.

We chose to drink coffee in the steak coffee shop. The recruitment information inside attracted me and gave the interviewer a vision. The decoration inside was unique and very good. The posters were also well made. It was a very quiet place.

This was my second visit in as many years and the experience was once again exceptional. They cater to your every need and want and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We were particularly impressed with one of our waiters, Devon, who politely told us (when we asked) that he moved from Jamaica to raise 2 children to become a doctor and an educator. His was the story of immigrants and the opportunities that made us happy to live in a country.

Went for a small bachelorette party before a wedding weekend, 8 of us had a private room and everything was great. Kept our drinks fresh and never paced which was great. Started with octopus, oysters and shrimp to share, each one was delicious. Had a wedge salad, and a 16oz US prime rib, perfectly cooked, one of the best steaks and cuts of meat I have had in a long time, reasonably priced. Both sides were top notch, but the steak stole the meal.

Let's face it, the Four Seasons in DC is a patron. This restaurant doesn't have to be good. This one is. Very good in fact. The wine list is very thoughtful - many choices made by the glass. You have a wide variety of choices. Neither of us wanted beef, but we had plenty of choices. Service was exemplary.
