As soon as we walked in, Caroline on Reception welcomed us with a lovely smile and was really interested in us, and happy that we were celebrating a special birthday. Devinka, one of our waitresses, was by her side and was also very smiley and welcoming.We were served very quickly and the birthday girl had her own little birthday message. Our afternoon tea was excellent, really tasty sandwiches, scones & cakes, and we were lucky to also have seconds! The venue was very nice, we liked the spacious restaurant, the outdoor space and easy to use facilities. We would definitely recommend M Bar & Kitchen to others, and hope to return to see you all again.Thank you, Maria

Nice place to eat. It's a restaurant within a retirement village which we found out upon arrival. Parking is a bit difficult but you can park in bays that don't have any signage. Service is a bit slow but,like I said, it's in a retirement village so I can understand. But, having said that, service is really good and the waitresses are really nice and friendly. Reasonably priced and I would go again.

Second visit and food was better than last time with more of a selection - possibly weekend menu a bit different from week day? Restaurant readily had our booking and there was plenty of seating. Only downside to visit this time was staff very busy arranging for an event in evening, so lots of furniture and staff moving about.

Food was delicious but it was the service and friendliness of the staff that really made our visit the most enjoyable. Thank you

Lovely good sized clean and quiet restaurant tucked away in a retirement village. Limited parking and small selection of food items, but all freshly made and of excellent quality. Service with a smile.
