Huxian soft noodles are a famous pasta in Shaanxi. There is a saying in Shaanxi that &quot;Golden Zhouzhi is Silver Huxian&quot;. Huxian has fertile land and abundant products. It is backed by Qinling Mountains in the south and Weishui River in the north. The wheat produced by the excellent natural feng shui is large and thick. The flour ground is white and delicate. The noodles made are fragrant and chewy, rich in nutrition. Huxian soft noodles are made of this kind of flour. I have been eating noodles since I was a child for more than 40 years, so I naturally have a deep complex about noodles.

 This time I went to Anshui Town for a 2-day tour and lived in the treasure homestay in the secluded mountains. 🚶&zwj;♂️ I went to the small town and ate food for 2 days and 1 night. I played like this~✅ On the first day, I navigated Xi&rsquo;an, Xi&rsquo;an County, and drove for 1 hour to 📍 We stayed at Xipo&middot;Qinling B&amp;B. Very close to the county seat, covered in a quiet valley 🚪 There are 4 small yards here, 15 houses scattered in small mountain villages, and their homes are the top streams in the B&amp;B circle in Moganshan, Qiandao Lake, Zhongwei, Wuyuan.. There are shops 🛖 The rooms are particularly simple in design. The color matching is very gentle and the area is very large. I have lived in so many homestays. It is especially spacious. ⛰️ In the small yard, strolling around and taking pictures, take a look at the clouds and see the mountains. I don&rsquo;t have to rush to the attractions. I met the neighbors&rsquo; two cute wood dogs 🐕 lazy. The holiday atmosphere is directly full~🌃 In the evening, we went to the county town to take a look at the summer sun in the small town. It cooled up and walked along the trail by the river. 🍃 Adults enjoy the cool, play cards, eat barbecue children fish for fish and play, just like in the summer memories of childhood.
