Service was amazing, good wine and tasty food. But the menu is not very big unfortunately, so not much options.

Tradition par excellence, typical dishes from Rieti and Rome are offered. I couldn&#39;t help but try the amatriciana, cooked according to the classic recipe, truly fantastic. I also tried one of the classics of Roman tradition, namely coda alla vaccinara. I don&#39;t remember how long it&#39;s been since I got my fingers dirty with sauce to better enjoy this symbolic dish of poor Roman cuisine. To conclude, I must compliment the staff, truly kind and helpful (this also comes if you like long or short pasta for the first courses, in order to satisfy every need of the customer. Highly recommended, also for the unbeatable quality-price ratio.
