La Bicyclette

It is a pleasant thing to enjoy a two-hour breakfast here and then set off to visit the attractions. During the past few days in Rio, we would come here almost every morning to queue for breakfast, and then slowly stroll back to the hotel. We must try the sandwiches, which tasted delicious.

It's called a cafe, but it's more like a combination of a breakfast spot and a cafe. Every morning, many customers come in to buy their handmade bread. We waited in line for a long time that morning before we got a seat to enjoy our breakfast, but communication was a little difficult because the clerk didn't speak English very well.

The bread and cakes in this cafe are freshly baked, and the juice is freshly squeezed, which is very healthy. After the meal, you can visit the nearby botanical garden.

This cafe is very close to the Botanical Gardens. It is a good choice to buy breakfast here in the morning and then go to the Botanical Gardens restaurant, and then come back in the afternoon to order a drink and take a break. There are not many options in the cafe, but the atmosphere and decoration are very casual and comfortable, and the price is within our budget.

The coffee shop has a good environment and you can taste authentic Brazilian coffee.
