This a favourite place in Rome. Always fantastic artichokes and trad roman dishes. Traditional ambience indoors and nice open area outdoors in lovely historic part of the city and great alternative to Trastevere

Nothing you order here is going to be wrong. Everything in their menu is absolutely delicious, and we highly recommend reading about the history of this neighborhood before sitting down and probably one of the most important places in the world. It is a special experience. This restaurant is owned by two brothers, and one is kosher and dairy free whereas the one right down the street is not. So, you have a lot of choice. We loved it so much. It was such a special and moving dinner, between the delicious food and embracing the heartbreaking history &ndash; it is an experience that you really should not miss. Afterwards, you can cross the bridge into Travestere for a stroll.
