The dumplings in this restaurant are special, with super many varieties, and there are some that I haven't seen before, such as tomato and egg filling, yellow croaker filling, leopard filling, clam meat filling, scallop filling... The recommended one is [鲅鱼水饺] 28 per serving, and it is served in a bowl... (Chengdu people cry and laugh) I'm used to eating one or two taels, and it's a bit uncomfortable to suddenly eat half a catty or a catty. The 鲅鱼 dumplings have dumpling soup, and the size is at least half a palm. The dumplings are flat, and the filling is 鲅鱼 + leek. There should be a little pork, because I still see a little oil. It tastes delicious, tender, juicy and has no fishy smell. I don't really like leeks, and I think the leeks here are not pungent, edible, and delicious. [Three Fresh Dumplings] 26, a proper three fresh, no pork, only leeks, shrimp, squid, and scallops. The dumplings are in the shape of Tuo Tuo, the skin is very good and tough, the stuffing is a little looser than that of Spanish mackerel, but still very solid. The taste is good, especially the Spanish mackerel dumplings, the family menu is also good, there are three or four flavors. But the waiter's attitude is too bad, when he sees the customer coming, he can't serve the bowls and chopsticks in time, and he is always dawdling.
