Cowboy Star Restaurant and Butcher Shop

The cowboy steak shop, listening to the name, I think the salmon tastes OK, that steak is very big, the bones are also very big, similar to the domestic Tomahawk steak, close to the bone is a bit raw.

This place is awesome! We sat on the kitchen counter and it was fantastic. Enjoyed watching the chef and crew work. Prepared meals and had a good conversation with several crew members. I have aged eye muscles, perfect ripening and taste great. We loved the place so much I arranged a staff dinner party.

Excellent food and service. Go to the restaurant for a week. The stew steak and philip are amazing. The cheese and cheese are delicious. This bread is a waste of money. Everything else is fine. The drinks price is quite reasonable too. Not in a hurry at all. Will definitely come back for a weeknight in non-restaurant. Highly recommended. This could be the steakhouse for SD.

I invited a few celebrity friends for a vacation. This restaurant is one of the best in San Diego. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and atmosphere here. The service was exceptional. I loved the beet salad. The burdock was amazing! Great place to bring customers or celebrity friends.

Great place for a good lunch. There are various sandwiches plus some plates for lunch. Spring with top burdock with roasted vegetables. The spicy root cream with steak is delicious. Last chocolate bread pudding and chocolate ice cream with my lunch partner. Great treat.
