Birdsong

This is a high-end creative cuisine restaurant named Birdsong that was selected into the 2020 Ctrip Food Forest Flavor Restaurant List. Their dishes are quite refreshing to me.

This restaurant called Birdsong is a well-known local restaurant for its creative cuisine. Their dishes are really exquisite and the flavors are really to my taste!

After a few seafood feasts in San Diego, my Chinese stomach couldn't handle it anymore. Everyone agreed that "it must be cooked!" The shrimps in this restaurant are great, fresh and tasty. The fish is also delicious and juicy. The key is that they are all cooked.

The meat is dry aged and cooked in a wood burning oven. Every cut of meat was smoky and juicy. The best dishes of the night for me were the breaded shrimp, squab pithivier and the delicious cornbread. The wine list is also impressive.

The service was excellent and it was great to be able to watch the food being prepared from the kitchen counter seats. The interior is spacious and puts guests in the middle of nature.
