Sometimes I drive to Xinkou to buy them. Xinkou: Zhaoying smoked duck (duck intestines, duck liver, and duck esophagus are very well made) Liedong: Luo Da Huzi, Xiaoming smoked flavor, Yulan smoked flavor (duck neck is especially delicious), Chen Abing, Chengguan: Luo Guiying (also in Liedong), Sanyuanlao For lunch and dinner, Sanming has many delicious food stalls and local restaurants. I would like to recommend a restaurant that I personally think is very good: 3️⃣Shimajia Restaurant (20 years): The signature dish is the big rooster. The free-range chickens that walk all over the mountain are huge. Because they are pickled, the steamed soup is sweet and the skin and meat are chewy 4️⃣Yongchun Restaurant, Minnan Restaurant (on the side of National Highway 205): These two restaurants are next to each other and taste very good. The white duck soup and fish head soup of Yongchun Restaurant are both good. The pickled cabbage fried large intestine of Minnan Restaurant (the large intestine is very crispy) and the yam are very authentic (thick) and taste very good.
