Top-notch service and excellent ambiance. The quality of the dishes was consistently high and receiving a tour of the different facilities/rooms as part of the experience made for a memorable evening. It was also a good value compared to some other Michelin one-star restaurants.

Excellent from the moment you walk through the door. The friendliness of the entire staff is extraordinary. The cuisine is technical and the ingredients are excellent; enjoy every bite. Ending up in the cozy lounge with a coffee and a liqueur is exceptional. Thank you, Manuel, for taking such good care of your guests.

An experience for all the senses. The in-depth explanations of each appetizer and each dish, the different tableware for each, and the different spaces for each appetizer until you go up to the dining room make the meal a unique experience. They have a tasting menu featuring local produce that changes seasonally. Afterward, they invite you to a lounge with a fireplace where you can enjoy a coffee or a digestif. You'll end up feeling Zen. The parking lot is limited, but it does have chargers. In the three hours we were there, the car battery was fully charged.

The restaurant, the staff, the service and the food were simply unbeatable. Of the 5 diners, 3 had never eaten at COSTIÑA before and they left very satisfied. We will definitely be back.
