What travelers say:
I am so happy I had my first meal in Sarlat here. It was excellent. I opted for a three course with a beautiful crostini with salad to start, a lovely salmon with a nice sauce for the main, and a scrumptious berry dessert to finish. Everything was excellent. Would highly recommend.

The courtyard was charming, the services was excellent and the food was the best, we love the cheese fondue and the tuna!
We had a set menu and it was exzellent. I had a toast with fresh goat cheese, then salmon and then warm Rocamadur cheese with honey. My husband had a platter of various specialities from the Perigord, then duck and as well the warm cheese. All meals where presented nicely. The restaurant has a vast selection of wines. We would like to come back.
The menu offered enough variety the all 4 of us found something that appealed to us. We particularly enjoyed the tasting board of all the wonderful duck products of the region. The mi-cuit foie gras was terrific as was the asparagus soup. The service was friendly and helpful.
Starter of duck dishes with salad & Peridord ham was wonderful. Main of duck confit was too salty for me, but my husband loved it. His meringue, berry, and ice cream dessert was wonderful. My walnut cake was dry but had good flavor. Service was a bit slow at times but staff was professional and attentive.. Lovely restaurant with a few missteps, possibly because it was fairly busy that night.
